Summary: If you choose any of the following

• Self Collect : - Only in Singapore. Self Collect is at Blk 182 Jelebu Road opposite Bukit Panjang Plaza. Please let us know 4 hours before you intend to arrive. Sms/call: 92388937
• We Deliver Discreetly : - Only in Singapore. We will deliver it to you only and not to anyone else unless you had given us specific instructions. Do provide us with a contact number of yours to let us arrange a delivery time with you. Do note that there will be a $10 surcharge to be paid in cash upon delivery if you do reside within city/CBD/ERP areas. If delivery is done between 11pm to 12am within city/CBD/ERP areas then there will be no additional surcharge involved
• Singapore Shipping : - Using Singpost Services : - Sent via regular postal service to the address that you had specified within Singapore.
  
• International Shipping : - Sent via Singpost to your country/to the address that you had specified.

Payment:

• We currently offer payment thru paypal for International and local customers.
• Your Credit card statement will reflect that payment has been made to "Spinfish" rather than "Tengaboys". This will allow you to remain discreet
• We also do accept as 'C.O.D' terms for local delivery only.
  

Local Delivery:

• Delivery Charges within Singapore are free except for ERP zones (during operating hours).
• For local delivery, the product will be delivered to you in a hand carry paper bag.
• For all local (Singapore) orders, Tengaboys will contact you (provided by you on the checkout page) within 1 working day to fix a delivery time.
• For all local (Singapore) deliveries, you are allowed to inspect the product in the view of our delivery staff. We will perform a 1 to 1 exchange if any damage is found in the product.
• We do not sell our products to minors (legal age in Singapore is 21years old) and will not deliver to locations such as school compounds even if the buyer meets the legal age limit.
• We may request to see your particulars if we feel that you do not fit under the legal age category. Any refusal for verification purposes will make this sale void
• In an event where payment has been made via paypal and the buyer does not meet the legal age category, Tengaboys has the right to return all money paid by the buyer minus the surcharge imposed by paypal for the return of the money.
• We will avoid all ERP zones ( including carparks with ERPs ) and will make alternative arrangements with you. This allows us to keep our overheads and prices as low as possible.
• In an event where the delivery has to be made in a ERP zone area(during ERP operating hours), a surcharge of $10 will be paid by the buyer if no other alternative is accepted by the buyer.

Shipping/Postal Info:

• All prices listed in Tengaboys.com is in Singapore dollars (SGD). When a payment is by you from your country, paypal will auto perform the exchange rate. Please click on this link for more information from Paypal. >> for more information <<
• For local/overseas orders thru 'Singpost' services, we will pack and wrap the products.
• We do not offer a registered/tracking code to items costing lesser than $35SGD. If you do require the item to be registered/tracking code, please email us immediately after your purchase and we will advice you on the payment to be made.
• For all overseas orders, Tengaboys will immediately pack your orders and will send the products on the next working day to the local Postal Service Provider(Singpost) for Shipment.
• Please note that if the shipping address and billing address are different, the rate will be based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
• Buyer is responsible to inform us if there is any other surcharges/custom taxes/levy that may be imposed on the goods in your country. It is buyers responsibility to ensure that all taxes/surcharges/custom taxes have been paid.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their State Laws/Custom Laws and Regulations allow the importation of any Adult/Sex Toys. Tengaboys.com and 'SPINFISH' will not be held responsible if the item is being seized under the Country's rules/regulations.

Exchange Policy:

• Due to the intimate nature of the products, Tengaboys does not accept any exchange.
